0:00Three admin tools round out the office track: the system settings that tune ConsignTrak to your warehouse, API keys that let other software talk to it, and a live wallboard made for a TV on the warehouse wall.
0:14Settings, under the avatar menu. This is deliberately one page: your organization name, where the order and release number sequences stand, how many items each daily cycle count draws, how long until a receiving batch counts as stuck, and whether prices show at all — many consignment warehouses never deal in prices, so it's a switch, not an assumption.
0:37Next, API keys. Everything you can do in these screens can be done through ConsignTrak's API — so your automation tools can enter orders or read inventory without a browser. A key belongs to a user and carries only the permissions you check.
0:55Create the key, and read this screen carefully — the full key appears exactly once. Copy it into your integration now; from here on, ConsignTrak keeps only a fingerprint, and a lost key means revoke and reissue, never recover.
1:10Last stop: the wallboard. From the dashboard, Live Operations opens an ambient view built for a TV — today's snapshot, work in flight, what just finished — refreshing itself every few seconds. When something drifts off the happy path, an attention rail appears at the top, and everyone on the floor sees it at the same time.
