Queue to staging area, one line at a time

0:00Picking is the heartbeat of the warehouse, so ConsignTrak makes it a rhythm: go to the bin, grab the quantity, tap picked. In this video, Dana works a released order from the queue all the way to a staging area.
0:13The pick queue. Riverside Mill Supply needs two lines of Apex bearings — tap the card to see the order before committing.
0:22Customer, supply partner, and a preview of every line. Tap Start picking, and the order becomes your batch — it leaves the queue so nobody else grabs it.
0:33One line at a time, and the screen leads with the only thing you need first: where to go. Bin A-1-1. Then the item, and the quantity — six. Grab them, tap Picked, and the next line loads.
0:45Line two, new bin, new quantity. Notice the Short pick button — if the bin comes up empty, you report it right here and keep moving; the office gets the exception. We'll cover that in its own video.
0:59All lines picked. The summary confirms the units, and one tap hands the batch to packing — tap once, tap again, done.
1:08Last question: where did you put it? Tap the staging area the cart is actually sitting in — S-1 — and the packer knows exactly where to find it. No hunting, no "ask Dana."
1:20Back on the queue, the confirmation says it all: staged at S-1. The order's status updates for the office in real time, and the batch is now waiting in the pack queue.
