0:00The batch Dana picked is sitting in staging area S-1. Now it becomes a shipment: a review, a pack photo, a box count, and a tracking number — all from the phone at the pack bench.
0:12The Pack queue shows every picked batch and — thanks to staging areas — exactly where each one is sitting. Grab the cart from S-1 and open the batch.
0:23Take a pack photo before the tape gun comes out. One tap opens the camera, and the photo saves itself to the order — when a customer says "it left here damaged," you'll have the picture that says otherwise.
0:36Pack review is the last set of eyes before the box closes, and it's a recorded check: tap the box on each line once the goods in your hands match it. Each line also has a menu for problems — flag a mispick or a quality issue, with a photo — and a flagged line blocks packing until it's resolved. Quality gets checked here, not at the customer's dock.
0:58Every line checked, so Mark packed lights up. Two cartons for this one. Mark packed — tap, and tap again — and the batch moves to the ship station.
1:08Now the tracking number — and nobody types those. Point the camera at the shipping label and it reads itself, or use a ring scanner: one squeeze, and the number lands perfectly, carrier detected. If a label won't read, one tap flags it for the office instead.
1:25Box one, captured — number and carrier. A multi-box shipment just repeats the scan: every box gets its own tracking number on the order, so the customer can follow each one.
1:38Add the weight, and confirm the shipment — tap, tap. This is the moment inventory actually moves: the stock leaves the books, the movement is recorded, and the supply partner's numbers update.
1:51Shipped. The done screen offers the next batch to ship or the pack queue — the floor keeps its rhythm. Riverside's bearings are on the truck.
