0:00Some orders never see a truck — the customer's driver walks in and takes them. Will-call is where consignment gets delicate: stock that belongs to a supply partner is leaving in somebody's van, so ConsignTrak insists on proof. Let's hand one off properly.

0:31First thing to notice: the confirm button is locked until there's a photo. That's deliberate. Take a picture of the loaded van, the driver with the boxes, whatever tells the story — the camera opens with one tap and the photo saves itself.
